This or that, with pictures
Two options, two image tiles, one split bar filling from the middle. Pick a thumbnail, a build, a colourway or a cover and let the room decide by tapping the picture rather than reading a list. The images are optional — without them it is a two-option poll with big tiles.
Let them pick two
Multi-select asks for a shortlist instead of a favourite — two games for tonight, three toppings, four categories. Percentages are of people, not of picks, so a bar reading 61% means 61% of voters chose it and the bars deliberately add up to more than 100%.

Polls — frequently asked
How do viewers vote in a Kloot poll?
They scan the QR code on the poll card or open kloot.gg/join and enter the short join code, then tap their choice. There is no chat command to learn and no bot to authorize.
Does it work on YouTube, Kick, and TikTok — not just Twitch?
Yes. Because voting happens through a QR / join code rather than a platform’s chat, the same poll works on Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, TikTok Live, or even an in-person event. Kloot runs as a browser source, so it is platform-agnostic.
Do polls open automatically based on channel events?
No — and that is by design. You fire and close every poll yourself from the deck on your browser or phone, so a poll never pops up unexpectedly while you are mid-moment.
Do I need to add another browser source for polls?
No. Polls run through the same single Kloot overlay URL as every other tool. If your overlay is already in your OBS scene, polls are already wired in.
Can I style the poll to match my overlay?
Yes. Choose a bar or chart layout, your accent color, the on-screen position, whether to show counts and percentages, whether to highlight the leader, and the reveal animation.
What types of poll can I run?
Five: single choice, multi-select where viewers pick more than one option, this-or-that with two images, a timed quiz that scores answers and shows a live leaderboard, and a word cloud built from an open text box. The free plan runs single choice with four options; Pro adds the other four types and up to eight options.
Can viewers pick more than one option?
Yes, with a multi-select poll on Pro: you set how many choices each viewer gets and the phone stops them at that number. Because the percentages are shares of voters rather than of picks, the bars add up to more than 100% — a poll where everyone picks two shows a hundred voters and two hundred selections, and the subtitle says so.
Can a poll show images instead of text?
A this-or-that poll does: exactly two options, each with its own image tile, and one split bar instead of a list. It is the format for choosing between two thumbnails, two builds or two covers, and images are optional if the words are enough.
Can a poll double as a giveaway entry?
Yes — vote-to-enter makes every vote an entry in a linked giveaway. When the poll closes, the draw runs on the voters and the wheel lands on the name that voter chose for themselves. It is on Pro, and it exists because asking an audience to vote and then separately enter loses most of them at the second step.
Which plan are polls on?
