A BRB screen with a countdown that shows when you’re late

Put up a Be Right Back screen with a countdown that really runs. At zero it hides itself or stays up, and on Creator it turns red and keeps counting, so viewers know you’re on your way.

Live in three steps

1

Add your Kloot overlay to OBS once

One browser source powers your BRB screen and every other tool.

2

Set the countdown

Open your BRB screen, set how long you’ll be, and choose what happens at zero. On Creator, turn on Keeps counting past zero.

3

Pin it and step away

Put it on a deck key. One press puts it up with the clock running; one press takes it down.

Frequently asked

What happens when the countdown hits zero?

You choose: the screen hides itself, or it stays up. On Creator it can keep counting instead. The clock turns red and counts up, so viewers can see you’re running late.

Does the countdown survive a refresh?

Yes. The screen counts to a fixed end time, so refreshing your panel or the overlay shows the same number.

Can viewers still see my game?

If you want them to. Full-frame covers everything, which suits a real break. A card sits in the middle and leaves the game visible around it, on every plan.

Which plan do I need?

The countdown is on every plan, and Free keeps two screens live with a Kloot badge. Keeping count past zero and the rotating trivia are Creator ($15/mo), which also removes the badge.
