Only Twitch publishes a disclaimer you must reproduce. Leave this blank and none is added — a guessed one is worse than none.

Stated to entrants, not enforced. Nothing here stops anyone entering.

Official rules

No purchase necessary. Open to entrants 18+ worldwide. One entry per person.

Entries close when the streamer starts the draw. The winner is drawn at random on stream.

Promoter: the streamer.

Generated in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

What do official giveaway rules need to say?

Who can enter and from where, the minimum age, that no purchase is necessary, when entries close, how the winner is chosen, and who is running it. On Twitch you must also display the platform’s own disclaimer word for word. This generator writes all of that from your answers.

How it works

  1. 1Answer six questions — your name, the prize, the platform, the age limit, who it is open to, and any sponsor.
  2. 2The rules appear as you type. Nothing is sent anywhere; it all happens in this browser tab.
  3. 3Copy them into your giveaway description, your panel, or read them out at the start.

Questions people ask

Does Twitch require a specific disclaimer?
Yes. Twitch’s Terms of Service require you to display or read out: “This is a promotion by [Your Name]. Twitch does not sponsor or endorse this promotion and is not responsible for it.” This generator reproduces that sentence exactly, including the closing clause people usually drop. Verified against Twitch’s Terms of Service in September 2026.
Do I legally need rules for a stream giveaway?
A prize draw open to the public generally needs to state its terms, and platforms impose their own requirements on top. This tool produces a reasonable, standard set — it is not legal advice, and a giveaway with a large prize, an entry fee, or entrants in several countries is worth asking a lawyer about.
What if I stream somewhere other than Twitch?
Pick your platform and the wording adjusts. If you leave it blank you get no platform disclaimer at all rather than a guessed one, because inventing a sentence and attributing it to a company is worse than omitting it.
Can I restrict my giveaway to certain countries?
You can state it, and the rules will say so. Be aware that stating eligibility is not the same as enforcing it — this generator, and Kloot itself, display who the giveaway is for rather than blocking anyone from entering.
Are these the same rules Kloot shows on the entry page?
Exactly the same — this page calls the same function the product does, so the two cannot drift apart. If you run a giveaway with Kloot, rules like these appear on the page your viewers scan into, on every plan.
